How does pay-as-you-go billing work?

Slide to the exact window you need — hours, days, weeks, or months. We calculate the price live and charge you once, no recurring fees. Your access activates immediately on payment confirmation and expires at the end of the window. Perfect for pop-ups, seasonal shops, project runs, or testing.

What payment methods are supported?

Mobile money (MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), Visa & Mastercard, and bank transfers — all powered by Paystack. Your customers can also pay with any of these on your online store.

Can I export my data?

Always. Every table — products, customers, sales, payroll, everything — exports to CSV or Excel with one click. We never hold your data hostage.

What happens if my subscription expires?

Your data stays safe. You keep read-only access for 30 days, then it's archived. Renew anytime to restore full access. We never delete your data without notice.

Is there a free trial?

No trial. We have something better — a full Preview mode with realistic demo data so you can explore everything risk-free before paying. Your choice when you're ready.

Can I self-host Ordex?

Yes — Enterprise plans include the source code and full self-hosted deployment. You own everything: code, data, infrastructure.

How does the access window work?

When Paystack confirms your payment, your access window starts immediately. If you bought 7 days, you have full access for 168 hours from that moment. Your data stays — only access expires.

Can I extend my window before it expires?

Yes — buy more time at any point. New time stacks on top of your remaining window. So if you have 2 days left and add 7 days, you now have 9 days total.

What's the difference between subscription and pay-as-you-go?

Subscription auto-renews and gives you better per-month rates with more users/warehouses. Pay-as-you-go is one-time, no commitment, ideal when usage is unpredictable. Both unlock the same features.

What happens after my window expires?

Access pauses. Your data is preserved for 90 days. Renew to restore access instantly — nothing is lost.
